The Martin Audio VRS1000 is a compact, high-output sound reinforcement system engineered for professional live sound and installation applications. Designed as a single-enclosure, three-way loudspeaker, the VRS1000 delivers exceptional performance where high sound pressure levels are required within a minimal footprint.
Configured for bi-amplified operation, the system offers a practical balance between performance and system efficiency, making it well suited to demanding production environments. Its vertical format allows for powerful output while occupying limited stage or floor space, an advantage in both live and installed settings.
The VRS1000 features an all horn-loaded design, utilising constant-directivity horns to provide controlled, well-defined mid-range and high-frequency reproduction. A port-assisted bass horn extends low-frequency projection while maintaining low distortion, even at high SPLs. This horn-loading approach ensures fast transient response and precise audio delivery across the coverage area.
With a 70° x 40° dispersion pattern, the system provides smooth and predictable coverage, particularly when deployed in array configurations. The VRS1000 can be used as a standalone full-range system or integrated with optional sub-bass reinforcement, and includes full flying hardware for flexible deployment.
