The SQ-6 shares the identical 48-channel 96kHz XCVI FPGA processing engine as the SQ-5 — under 0.7ms latency with all processing active — but puts 25 motorised faders across a wider surface with 24 local XLR mic/line preamps onboard. More faders means more channels accessible simultaneously without paging through layers, a genuine workflow advantage on multi-act events, large live music shows and festival stages where fast mix decisions matter. Full per-channel gate, compressor, four-band parametric EQ and RTA processing on all 48 inputs. 12 stereo mix buses for complex in-ear monitor rigs. 8 stereo FX engines with dedicated returns. 16 assignable SoftKeys for fully customised operator workflow. DEEP processing plugin support for classic outboard emulations.
