A versatile 15-inch active full-range loudspeaker that earns its place in multiple roles on stage and on the floor. Used in our DJ production setups as a DJ booth monitor and stage sidefill, and as a standalone floor wedge for smaller live performances, acoustic acts and presentations. Available for active speaker hire across Northamptonshire, the East Midlands and the wider UK through Northants Event Solutions.
The Turbosound IQ15 packs 2,500W of Klark Teknik Class D amplification into a lightweight fibreglass composite enclosure with a 15" LF driver and 1" HF compression driver, driven by Turbosound's own onboard Klark Teknik DSP. Speaker modelling presets include accurate emulations of industry standard cabinets for fast, familiar setup. SCC (Spatial Contour Control) automatically compensates the frequency response based on physical placement — floor wedge, pole mount or flying — removing the need for manual EQ adjustments when the speaker position changes. ULTRANET digital audio networking connects directly to compatible Behringer and Midas mixing consoles for digital audio without an analogue cable run. Dual combo XLR/jack inputs with XLR link output for daisy-chaining. Dual angle pole mount socket for accurate audience coverage when used on a stand or sub pole. PC remote control via downloadable software for multi-speaker system management. Available individually or in pairs alongside our Turbosound IQ18 active subwoofer hire for a complete self-contained active PA or DJ booth package.
